Who controls the information

The pilot request is operated by Hangzhou Shensai Yunzhi Technology Co., Ltd. (杭州深赛云智科技有限公司), trading as DeepSight.

What we collect

When you request a pilot, we collect the organization name, your role, work email, the research question you choose to provide, and the phone or LinkedIn contact you enter. We also record the page path and submission time. The form does not subscribe you to a marketing list.

Why we use it

We use the information only to assess whether a controlled institutional pilot is appropriate, prevent abusive submissions, and respond to the request. We do not sell the submitted information.

Storage and international access

Pilot records are stored in a private, access-restricted service operated for DeepSight. Because the operator and infrastructure may be located outside your country, your submission may involve an international transfer of personal data. Do not submit confidential portfolio, client, or deal information through this form.

Retention and your choices

We retain pilot requests only for as long as needed to evaluate, respond to, and document the request, subject to applicable legal obligations. You may request access, correction, or deletion by submitting “Privacy request” through the pilot form together with the work email used in the original request.
